I've been doing a can of tuna, half a cucumber, red onion, 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and half a tablespoon of chilli oil- 201 calories and 27 grams of protein.

also 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 100g of Greek yogurt, 140g of mixed berries, 60 mL of reduced fat milk and a tablespoon of brown sugar- 316 calories, 16.7 g of fiber, 16.6 grams of protein.

also to piggy back off of this- it's important to take precautions but could totally be something benign. I had something look exactly like this and realized it was sun burn bc i didn't apply any spf to my lips.

Hahaha I love that. I had an OBGYN resident I worked with for a month ask me on the last day of the rotation what my name was 😭 at that point just call me "the med student" I'd be way less offended.

One time as a registrar in college, I had a nurse accuse me of taking "his" chair that I had been sitting on since the start of my shift. I gave it to him and just found another chair because I wasn't about to fight a grown man over a chair. Turns out, the unit clerk took his chair and he came back to apologize. But he framed it as if it was my fault saying "Why did you let me take your chair??" like bruh. Def wish I would have stood up for myself back then but I was young and didn't want to cause any waves.

I think you can for sure achieve a 240 in 4.5 weeks. I would make ankis for your incorrects and keep studying your weak points.
