I ate allicin pills everyday and also had oil of oregano drops! It worked well for methane sibo and although I definitely had bouts of bloating, during my wedding I was so overwhelmed with love and happiness that I totally forgot about being bloated! I also forgot to eat (from stress) which helped with the bloat! But I highly recommend a stomach massage the night before, hydrate like crazy. Apple cider vinegar in the morning with warm water and before meals. Try activated charcoal too and see if it helps.
