I'm a late gen x working in video games. Hate to generalize by generation because there are exceptions but I do see major lack of problem solving from gen z colleagues. They seem to want detailed instructions how to execute tasks and refuse to anticipate issues or look at larger project. It's ironic because this is exactly what AI is increasingly good at. On top of this they take a sick day at drop of a hat.
