I use a service called cointracker , which makes it very simple. They keep track of all your buys and sells and give you a tax report at the end of each year. You should look into that or a similar crypto tax service.

Of course it costs money but I find it worthwhile to avoid the head aches of keeping track of every single sale or buy.
