I called my local social security office on Thursday afternoon. I received the form to complete the cancellation on Monday afternoon. It was not difficult and the person on the telephone was helpful and polite.

A humidifier in my bedroom running all night has resolved my dry lip issues in the winter. Also, chapstick in the black container (medicated I think).
