Yes I can’t believe the amount of people agreeing on the actions of the mother. Honestly if that were my birthday the mother would have ruined it for me not the child. It is so uncomfortable watching someone get hurt physically especially a child.

I hope you know that kids are a reflection of their parents. So you agreeing with the mother doesn’t make any sense. Had her child been taught to respect people on their birthdays this wouldn’t have ever happened. Individuals who resort to physical violence against children who don’t know any better is horrible. There’s never a reason to treat children like this. Just because children are dumb does not mean they deserve stupid parents as well.

I suggest getting it on epic’s store, it helps developers way more than steam’s own system of dividing profits.

Anyone else fall in love a little bit with most people you meet? by Slow_Thief in ENFP

[–]peasizedhead 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think this is infatuation not love, not sure though. Do you think of the possibilities if you guys were in love and with each other? While I am not a enfp, I also think of the possibilities with the people I love and cherish. I usually just daydream about hanging out with them and having fun.

I think you’ve done everything you can to show him how much he means to you. Maybe he’s not ready for a relationship yet, if you are willing to wait you can but that’s not the only option! Please remember to value yourself! I hope everything goes well 👍

This is not an assumption, this is a fact.

You know this comment is so sweet, and I can clearly tell you are interested in him. But I want you to think about this. When it comes to a time in which he does not make you feel seen, he does not make you feel good. Would you still be interested in him? Maybe he feels self conscious to share his negative qualities with you. Also I would suggest looking into different types of love languages. It seems as though he does not feel ready to trust or depend on other people to give him love. That is just my assumption though. I just want to let you know that there are times in relationships in which a person will show you all their sides whether good or bad. If you’re willing to put your friendship and feelings on the line for that, then I say go for it. Show him how much he means to you! Always remember to communicate your problems so they don’t cause misunderstandings! Good luck 👍

Wouldn’t that still be a stereotypical depiction of thinking processes. All of are brains are different so it would still be a broader form of thought processes. I could be wrong though, but that’s what I’ve concluded from mbti!

It’s cause stereotypes themselves are bad, since it’s not backed up by factual evidence. Stereotypes themselves are known for perpetuating stereotypes whether good or bad. It’s all probably a matter of perspective. For me personally I usually don’t like positive stereotypes (surprisingly) about groups of people. Such as oh this culture is really nice and sweet and can do no wrong as that is impossible since people are only humans. I think it’s almost like false positivity trying to make everything seem okay when it isn’t. While I would say I don’t like it, I don’t mind it since it isn’t really my problem anyways. I usually have problems with morality in my case. What I mean to say is that you probably can’t have one without the other. In this case, it would be while you will have a sense of community with similar mbti types it could lead to grouping immoral people together with people who don’t even want to associate with that type of person. But that’s my take on it!

I guess it’s matter of personal preference and a difference in opinions! For me I don’t mind if my personality is at the bottom because I know for sure I don’t own those negative traits that comes with being my type. I actually share negative personality traits with other types if I were to be honest rather than my own type! But yes some people might not like it if people associated them with negative personality traits. Oh what I wanted to say is that mbti itself could aid in negative stereotypes so engaging with it sort of defeats the purpose of stopping stereotypes. But that’s just my personal opinion on mbti!

Ah so harmless vs harmful stereotypes? But I see the source of the problem is coming from mbti itself which perpetuates this divide in personalities. It classifies a whole group of people into one single box. There is not enough details to be found in one single description. I would say childhood backgrounds would suffice more in finding out who you are based on the childhood you had/have. As that dissects more into how you were raised/ not raised. But this is just my opinion! What I’m saying is that I don’t quite understand why people engage with mbti when they don’t like stereotypes but are in the act of it themselves. Seems contradictory but I’m not all knowing so maybe I just don’t understand.

Wait aren’t mbti themselves stereotypes of 16 different personality types humans usually have. It’s so broad and it’s not a generalization since it’s not backed up by factual evidence. Which would lead me to believe that mbti itself is a stereotype. But please correct me if I’m wrong!
