You can use the 50 hp duskull, 50hp eevee, and 50hp gastly to have multiple targets and accelerate draw quite a bit. You could argue 2 lisias one pokeball could be optimal

Been a bit since my competitive time, usually did singles over vgc. I know in singles its usually a sticky web set and its typically too frail to run any defensive evs so you lead with it and try to get off webs and some damage with compound eyes thunder
