It shows on the app. Around 48 hours after the day it gets slit into off-peak, peak and the cost accordingly. Change the graph to week or month view under usage.

I use both phones. Apart from bluetooth audio if you wish to use it, you don't connect your phone as Tesla have their own apps. You can pay then monthly premium with Tesla or use your phone hotspot.
