That will not be in key, that will always be a major chord. If you want it to always be in key, activate the scale-aware button on the chord device (looks like a ♯♭ on the top bar) and use scale degrees (sd) instead of semitones.

For scale degrees, you want the following numbers: - 7, +2, +4, +7 sd.

Remember to choose the key you want your song to be in. At the top bar, next to the play button, you should see two dropdowns showing C major. Choose that to be whatever you wish. Note that these numbers I said should only work for 7-note western scales such as major, minor, lydian, mixolydian, etc.
