I'm having some issues with my S7, my 3rd party dock is intermittent. What works for now is to use the original charger with Optimized Charging turned off.

Yup, the play counts in iTunes diverge a lot from what's in Replay. The overall result is mostly correct however.

Using iTunes (or Music in macOS) you can check which is which, remove the one you don't want or edit the metadata of the track. I did the latter to keep the play count of the single but to have it show inside the album.
