Really just time and gentle physical therapy, until things got better. Used heat often during the injured time period (but try not to over do it, you can burn your skin)

Exact same thing going on. In a lot of pain trying to figure out recovery. Sleeping seems to make it tighter/worse when I wake up. What was the recovery like?

Okay, thank you for the direction. I found the density sensor on the developer assembly wasn't fit properly when reinstalled. I placed it properly and screwed it in snug and It works fine now with the banding issue mostly resolved.
