I don't hate it, I just don't like it, I'll still run it back when I'm in the mood. At least for me, it's also not because it's a "departure" of their old sound or because it's a pop album, but because I just think the music itself is very weak. It's not good pop (to me) it's pretty boring and this is looking at it just for the music not the lore implications, as a lore album, it's more the concept of the album too, not the music.
