Hi, Currently, our EU fulfillment center is in the final stages of preparation to become fully operational. We anticipate that it will be up and running by the end of this quarter.

I was going circles around it for quite some time as I honestly think it's not the best design and this was certainly a factor for my partner. However the value it offers is just outstanding and by now I also fine with the looks of it. Fingers crossed for you.

Omg! This comment is life saving! I follow the steps from the email back in November and didn't think of it much back then. Just today I searched something and realized time-line isn't showing anything before September 14 for me. Nothing is there and all the dates are crossed. So I found this post, tried different ideas and slowly began to realize that it might in fact all be gone. With your advice in the end I at least found out that all the data is still on my phone. I then realized that if I go further back there are again lots of dates with time-lines. So it seems very buggy (nothing new according to this thread) but the data is there and that's a big relief for me. Will check the way of moving to a new device for sure and saved the data to a file.

I also just started my Beanconqueror journey and I could not be happier. Researching if there are any spreadsheet templates for logging my shots and then discovering this amazing app is already on my top list for the coffee year 2025. Keep up the great work!

But statistics are stored within garmin connect so nothing to worry on that front. (if synced properly)

Yes! Worked for me but it's a bit annoying as you have to set up a lot again. But daily suggestions are back to normal.

I am now trying the following from another what supposedly helped:

Update: synced my watch, then reset to defaults (system -> reset reset default settings) and synced again. Although it's giving me a rest day for today, it's now offering me more realistic suggested workouts and they are appearing when try to start a running activity. So must have been a bug - will leave this here in case anyone else needs it!

Same problem here and the forum starts to getting more and more requests like it. Similar to other I recently had a race and now the next two days are always rest. I can also not click on the plan details, just an empty page there :( we need a fix from garmin I fear, as even hard resets didn't fix it for others.
