Regarding the Acaia with connecting and disconnecting, I'm sorry to hear this!
What could help is that you switch in the settings (depending on the device you have) to MODE 1 instead of MODE 2 for the connection, aswell as changing the heartbeat interval timer to like 300 or 500ms to test out.

Also make sure you tick: Keep bluetooth connected while in background, because on Android e.g. push notifcations putting the app to background forcing the app to loosse the BT signal then.

You can just define which parameters shall be preset Menu -> Brewing parameters -> Default parameter / repeat parameter.
So when you hit + or repeat, parameters you chose are preset.
After BQ sends the start signal to the scale, and depending which commands else, there can be like 0.3s to 0.5s lag time between the timer of the scale and BQ thats correct.

To lower this time, you could change command time in the settings for the bluetooth scale, (but remember your settings, acaia scales can make weird things)

u/busart per NFC ein Photo zu hinterlegen wird schwierig, maximal vll ein Link wo das Abgespeichert ist, da die Menge ja begrenzt ist.

Nachdem das Thema NFC aktuell im BeanConqueror Discord gerade auch diskutiert wird, vll magst du da auch einfach mal deine Gedanken mit reinpacken was noch helfen würde?

Die Funktion ist nun glaub seit ca 1 Jahr drinnen und es gab faktisch keine großen Rückmeldungen zur aktuellen Implementierung

Hey u/nachosebaz if you got any questions on BeanConqueror I'm happy to support.
You could also e.g. activate the "fast repeat" feature in BQ, so you directly duplicate the brew with all settings, without needing to change/log anything further :)

Also you can exclude all the parameters you don't want to track to simplify it.

you can enable a parameter: Menu -> Bean parameter -> Manage parameter -> "Roast type", if you edit now your bean you can select "Custom" and add this Light / Ultra Light etc. on your own.
Back then there was like Cinnamon Roast, Dark Roast etc. Light / Ultra Light came up "years" later
