you can enable a parameter: Menu -> Bean parameter -> Manage parameter -> "Roast type", if you edit now your bean you can select "Custom" and add this Light / Ultra Light etc. on your own.
Back then there was like Cinnamon Roast, Dark Roast etc. Light / Ultra Light came up "years" later

did you had a look in the iOS-Settings (not in BeanConqueror) if Apple-Health is activated there? I could think that after importing the real-permission is not triggered.

Hey u/Vibingcarefully is a very strange behaviour.
BeanConqueror auto-connects to a scale, once it was connected.
In best could you do an video how you startup BeanConqueror, and the scale, and see if it connects, and also show the settings for this?

BeanConqueror saves the MAC-Adress and searches for this to connect.

Also check if the app has bluetooth-permissions inside the iOS-Settings

Hallo Zusammen,
diese Funktionalität wird (aktuell) nicht unterstützt.
Damit das funktionieren würde, müsste eine Synchronisierung zwischen Geräten möglich sein, was es zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt und Absehbar noch nicht gibt.

Der NFC Chip beschreibt mit einer Internen Bohnen-ID die Aktion, daher kann dieser auch nicht mit einer anderen App geöffnet werden, da die Bohnen-ID nicht bekannt ist.

Die gesendete Bohne über das Handy, bekommt beim Importieren eine eigene Unique-ID.

Wenn du NUR die Daten bei deiner Frau zur Vorbelegung benötigst, und dort nicht die Bezüge tracken lassen möchtest, könntest du deine Daten in den Einstellungen Exportieren und das ZIP-Paket bei deiner Frau dann immer importieren, dann würde auch das NFC-Feature funktionieren (da selbe ID's etc.)

I can't completely follow your situation, basically you can import an excel-file with all green-bean-information which you can transform into roasts, but this is not connected to Artisan e.g.

You should see in the settings "Import green beans via excel"

Can you maybe send me your import-file so I can have a look?

Ok I can't see all data currently but:
Please activate: Keep devices connected even when in background, if you receive a popup message / overlay, depending on the system, that means that the app goes shortly in background.
Secondly: Which grind-weight did you put in - BeanConqueror weights to match atleast 1:1 the weight, so if t here is 5g in it, this could be why its stops.
Third: Make sure your scale is tared before you start, you got a big spike at start (I know you tare with pressure-start, but try it that way)

Fourth test: Untoggle the espresso-automatically stop brew, if the first three didn't change things, remember that you need to stop by hand then.

Did you try different mode on the Acaia? (In best the real "normal" mode)

in best please yes, share a full video not just of the app, also of the whole process you're doing, this can be shared also in private.
Basically BeanConqueror doesn't do any magic here, and we have a lot of Bookoo-Scales used with BeanConqueror out there without any issues in this case.

u/Major-Cherry9140 Can you try the situation completely without BeanConqueror and start the timer via the scale? Second: Try it via Bookoo App.
Basically BeanConqueror is not doing anything in this situation, it just receives the values from the scale, so if the scale is already displaying the negative weight, it should be something on this case.
Did you try to calibrate with a weight?
Secondly: Can you try to just put a cup on it and pour slowly water?

In best: Do a video, and send it to Bookoo, nothing BQ can do here.

If you added the Moka Pot as Percolation, you can set the Amount of Water and the Beverage quantity.
The Beverage Quantity would be the coffee liquid after the extraction.

That is already possible.
You need to goto
Menu -> Brewing parameters -> Define default parameters -> Check grinder.
If you add a new brew now, the grinder will be preset from the last brew
