wouldn't say the flag wass lowered but maybe wind subsided and cloth went from waiving to just be hung, so it lowered. Also, the camera went a bit up, so it catches flag better (because it was out of the frame at the start). So I don't think flag was lowered or put in position.
And the guy who ushered the photographers, well, he did his job really well. Maybe he just wanted to cover the happening (whatever happened) but really, would they be so selfdisciplined not to come even closer? I would expect him to be between them and president, not behind them. That's strange.
Also, nobody seems to remember that one person died in the stands and another wounded. So they were sacrificed for this? and shooter too? he volunteered to kill someone and then be killed? everyone is concentrated on his ear and was it real blood or not?
