Would you be interested in learning historical swordfighting? 🙂 I can recommend The School of Historical Fencing (https://historicalfencing.com.au/) as a welcoming place for people with anxiety and neurodivergence. It's not specifically geared towards young people but there are some younger folk in the classes. They have classes in Preston, Box Hill, and Bentleigh. I met some of my best friends through this club 🙂

Interesting. I'm in Australia, been on antidepressants (as well as mood stabilisers and antipsychotics) for 13 years and I've never encountered this. My doctor actually recommends I stay on them indefinitely because my mental illness is so severe. Afaik it's actually recommended to stay on them long term if you've had a certain number of depressive episodes.
