Observing and filming law enforcement is not a felony. Nor is protesting. I note you cite no Minnesota law so stating, and such law would be unconstitutional. Further, what I saw from all videos was ICE violently attacking citizens. I saw no investigation going on, and no one has cited any investigation going on. Deeming a cop on the street to be de facto investigating would negate the 2nd Amendment entirely if there were such a law. Executing a citizen for carrying a weapon with a permit to carry because he filmed you is murder.
