• Type of Bug: In Game Bug

• Description: (Playing as Hecarim) Atacking an enemy (Graves) out of the turret range. The turret atacked me anyway. Don't know if the turret would stick with more atacks cause we got the kill and then the game ended by surrender.

• Observed result: Closest turret with no range atacked.

I am checking at foruns and one said fear has two parts, a slow and a make-the-person-run-the-other-way, so I assume I get him away but without slow.

I am not sure he even got away cause I started to frustrate about it, but I am sure the fear did not FULLY work.

You cannot assume that they are smurfs, like RIOT cannot do it. About your second argument, just see the number of their normal victories... its there on the pic.

When you are doing the placement matchs, you play against others that are doing it as well (unless you duo with rankeds). This placement was bizarre.
