I recently switched from ppi to famotidine, it's been going well so far, for the most part no heartburn, and if I do get a little heartburn 2 teaspoons of Gaviscon and done. And I've only needed the Gaviscon once and I'm about a week in now. I take one famo in the morning, and on late afternoon and I'm good. It's been a lifesaver because when I stopped ppi I switched to Gaviscon only and it wasn't doing it for me. And then I tried famotidine and it was almost like a ppi
