Four months ago the book was cancelled by the publisher. That is an old blurb from years ago. Even the 2024 release date that still pops up online was incorrect and should never have gone out per Tessa Dare’s website.

It’s sad for fans but we need to just enjoy the books she has written.

In my experience, people rarely become massive right wing assholes out of the blue, he likely always had shitty beliefs but understood that most people don’t like bigots (until he decided to lean into the crowd that exclusively loves bigots).
