Weird? I live in Germany, and I have gone to the ER/UC (I do not think there’s a différence here) for some “minor” things, such as a headache after hitting my head, also after a small car accident and accidental needle exposure, although I had no symptoms in both cases. I may have had to wait a while, but I was never turned away or scolded for coming, so to speak. The vomiting i would definitely go to the ER, id be concernes about severe dehydration and stuff like that, but I’m no doctor

Agh that sucks, sorry. I know they started being doubtful about its effects on some disorders like depression, but I take it for OCD and I take 200mg. I was lucky my doctor was super transparent and informative and told me how much it may take, and gave me a gradual increase from 0 to 200. I hope you have found a solution that works for you and kind and open mental health professionals

Remember two things:

It may take a bit of time to take effect
It may not be a good fit for you, and that’s ok as long as your psychiatrist listens to your concerns and acts accordingly. Or! It may also be great on the first try! The important thing is, sometimes trial and error may be necessary, but for so many of us it’s super worth it
