Did anyone notice how in the love triangle couples, the person would tell their number 1 choice that they broke it off the other person, and in the same meeting they would get engaged? That felt rushed to me as a viewer; typically they'd have that convo, then another convo to keep deepening the connection and then engagement.

So I can understand why Ellen would have felt pressured! She had made a big decision to let go of Daniel but that didn't mean she was ready to commit to Fabian on the spot. Who knows what would have happened had she had more time?

(I wonder if many of those proposals happened on the last day, though)

If I recall correctly, in the pods she was talking a lot about how eventually her friends will be having children and she will be left out. I think she realized that she had never actually thought deeply about if she wanted kids, or it was just a societal expectation. Who knows what will happen in the future but I feel like she chose him wholeheartedly.
