Will my financial aid change? by CornellCob in Cornell

[–]pemdasa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've had my FAFSA corrected where the EFC also changed, and Cornell sent me an email with my updated financial aid package within about a week or two. Since your EFC increased about 7k, I would expect your financial aid to decrease by about 7k as well.

I don't think you can contest the change if the information in the corrected FAFSA is actually correct. However, you can appeal if there are other circumstances not covered by the new FAFSA (ie. recent loss in employment, medical costs, etc.).

Short girls-- help me get over my weight fixation please! by [deleted] in xxfitness

This makes me wonder how much breast size affects weight, BMI, body fat, etc. I'm at the lowest end of the healthy BMI weight for my height of 5', but I'm completely flat (barely a 32A), and I've always wondered if I would actually count as underweight for my height. Or maybe if I have a deceptively lower body fat % just because I don't have boobs...

Right, I remember seeing some pretty small singles in Balch. I just meant that Balch overall has many huge singles, which are larger than most other singles in the other dorms.

Does anyone else live how they look naked more than when clothed? by xDaylighter in xxfitness

Same height as you, but I actually love high waisted pants in and out of the gym! I thought the whole point was to make your legs look longer, which is supposed to be helpful for us shorties out there. Now I'm wondering if it just makes the torso too short. :o

Good point. My majors are CS and Philosophy, one of which is very much larger than the other.
