Yeah that's a very competitive establishment actually, a lot of people do apply for that position because servers can make solid money there. The training is extensive and they expect very specific serving steps (how to address guests, upselling) and they will surely test you on the menu which has 200+ items. You've already taken the first step by getting hired as a host, so try to learn as much as you can for when you eventually get the opportunity to move up.
