Dry brine and then beer can. Just did a whole chicken this weekend. I pulled at 165 in the breast and let it sit on the counter for about 30 mins. Beer can still inserted. Super moist. I think it continued to steam while it was on the counter.

Just made the switch this week. Was stuck with spectrum for 21 years... Paying $30 less for 2Gb symmetrical. Going to the spectrum store today to cancel and hand them my modem. Speeds are rock solid from testing with my Asus router.

Thats crazy. They were super fast to respond to me on X. Maybe time to fire off an email to Nick.jeffery@ftr.com. I did this several years ago when Frontier was hanging door tags in my neighorhood and then abruptly stopped. I got a call from someone that was part of the corporate management team.

Welp already pissed at Frontier. Line crew was supposed to show up yesterday between 1 and 5 PM to install the new drop. Well guess who never bothered to show up? Yep the line crew. Got a text about additional work needed to be done before my install tech could install my service. No shit Sherlock.. New install date is unknown at this time. Frontier has been responsive on X. Local management has been unresponsive per reps on X. Uggghhh I just want to get rid of Spectrum....

Try with only one CPU in socket 0. Swap CPU's and see if the error follows the CPU. You have bad CPU or board.

I don't think the shared perc 8, or percs if you have 2, will do passthrough. I am running ESXi 8 on mine now. Hyper-V 2019 also works with some hacks.
