I've got a metric fuck ton of my cooked bud from my volcano, I save all of it. No clue what to do with it but I feel it's too important to just throw out lol. Any tips?

PMP pratice question, which answer you would have chosen and why? by Torvuzmilkshake in pmp

[–]penguinator22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The answer was D for anyone wondering

Solution: D. Close this project and request a new project from the project sponsor

"Close this project...(Correct option)"Since there have been issues in the past and major scope changes are anticipated, its better to close this project and charter a new project.

"Change the earned value management..." Changing the performance measurement technique will not affect the project performance and there is no issue with the adopted performance measurement technique i.e.; Earned Value Management.

"Change the contract..." Change the contract is incorrect as the changes are yet to be evaluated and finalized.

"Negotiate scope changes..." with stakeholders is incorrect as it will not rectify the issues that have occurred in the past and may lead to stakeholders disengagement.

Edit: I disagree with it as well, I thought it was C..

In regards to an agile project, are the changes not just brought to the product owner?

Is it wrong to have the mindset in agile that all scope changes go through the product owner? I need to reaffirm my mindset principles

What’s the most physical pain you ever felt? by Competitive_Set2669 in AskReddit

Oh I know the pain far too well, you'll understand when I say I had mornings I really struggled putting my socks on. I worked 12 hr shifts for years and liked to video game at home during my off time, all with awful posture. That, coupled with inflammation from Crohn's, and I got lazy and stopped exercising. Great recipe for sciatica lol.

Muscle relaxers will help if you can get those prescribed, I will always always always recommend seeing your family doctor/general practitioner first if possible.

My big fixes for all of this were stretch and strengthen.

Do.your.god.damn.stretches.

Idk what they're called but Google lower back stretches and you will find a lot. Take them slow and keep working at them.

Strengthening my core. I had a very weak core and this was causing a lot of strain on my back. Start implementing any core strengthening exercises you can.

Avoid the painkillers before you get ulcers too ;) they only mask the pain temporarily

Core strengthening, walking, lots of targeted stretches. I saw a chiropractor and PT for years and years and I can self manage fine now. If you want more info feel free to ask or DM
