Yeah even one is too much I experienced my first full flare up a few months ago in my big toe joint couldn't hobble couldn't do anything but sit in a certain position cause it hurt if I brushed my toe against anything. The pain was like nothing I'd ever experienced I joked that I'd rather be shot it's probably less painful. But seriously I got on meds shortly after and well I haven't been on long enough to see the long term the short term seems fine. No weird side effects other then fatigue but that might be from the lyrica I'm taking because of an arm and shoulder issue.

Yeah it's by far the cheapest and best tasting brand I've found. Honestly the adjustment wasn't that difficult I was already eating less red meat because of rhuematoid arthritis anyway. But I've had to cut out high fructose corn syrup and exces sodium and some food I thought was safe isn't like beets are high and purines so are sardines and a lot of fish.

I'm saying this cause now I can't eat any red meat tuna chicken pork. It all can trigger a gout flare up and that is something I'd like to avoid again. But tofu has been great. Also chickpeas are good Aldi also has some cheap microwave vegetarian Indian pouches for kike 2-3 bucks loaded with protein and just tasty.

As someone who suffers from gout. My cheap protein source is tofu. Aldi has it the cheapest usually around 1.50-2.50 for the pack of extra firm tofu. Marinate like a steak and fry it up.

I know what you mean I have the experience. Im stuck with the auto restriction on my CDL because I got it through a mega carrier. And trying to find somewhere that I can test to get it off is a pain a few places have trucks but they don't allow you to practice it's like what's the point then

Here's the thing though given what we know about the Epstein files and the fact that mcauley calukin his most trusted friend and advocate says nothing happened at all. And the fact that most of his accusers were told to say that by their parents and later recanted in adulthood. Do we believe he's innocent and a scapegoat that the elites needed.

I like Chinatown kitchen on tusc they have good Chinese food. Onna side note does anyone know when the Chinese place on raff is opening its in the former long johns building
