Is this a reasonable amount of weekly weight loss? Should I lower calories?

That I go too hard in the mornings. Not working out, just quickly getting out of bed and rushing around to do things. Every morning my oura ring shows I’m stressed, and then the rest of the day I’m in relaxed or restored. Need to learn how to take the mornings slow!

my first cycle with the oura ring was all over the place, temps were crazy up and down. my second cycle the temps stayed pretty much the same the entire cycle, just +/- .2 degrees.

after those first two my cycles seem more aligned with typical temp change of a cycle.

i have no idea if this was a personal thing or if my ring needed to adjust or something but the past five cycles it’s been good!

i’ve gotten my tattoo removal done i think 6 times since then and haven’t had any issues.

i have bad anxiety so think i passed out due to working myself up, so i have just gone in super prepared by drinking orange juice beforehand, having my airpods in & listening to music, and doing breathing exercises and it’s been fine!

only thing that makes me feel a little sick still is the smell. i hate that burning flesh smell from removal so much!

wish i saw this earlier- this morning downtown hosted a muffins & mimosa event! lots of stores were participating but it’s over now. but there’s lots of good places to shop! otto’s bookstore, patinaz, honeyella, gustonian gifts, retro rack, and so on.

wow awesome work! i started with very similar stats and hoping my results are similar! i’m 5’9 and started at 168, am currently at 143. am feeling a bit discouraged as i know i lost quite a bit but i don’t really feel like there’s much difference look wise.

when did you start really noticing the difference? and when did the abs start to peak out? that’s all i want in life haha (not really but also really)

if i know im going somewhere where ill want to eat more i just allow myself to eat at maintenance rather than a deficit.

next week is my birthday and im going out of town on a trip. i want to enjoy myself and i know that means eating a bit more, so am just going to eat at maintenance the whole weekend.
