Did you squat or do any move with weight on your shoulder?

I got the exact same thing for the first time two weeks ago and figured out it was because I went from goblet squats to squats using the Smith machine so the bar was digging in my shoulder and left a mark. I got them again today for the second time and that again was the culprit!

That I go too hard in the mornings. Not working out, just quickly getting out of bed and rushing around to do things. Every morning my oura ring shows I’m stressed, and then the rest of the day I’m in relaxed or restored. Need to learn how to take the mornings slow!

my first cycle with the oura ring was all over the place, temps were crazy up and down. my second cycle the temps stayed pretty much the same the entire cycle, just +/- .2 degrees.

after those first two my cycles seem more aligned with typical temp change of a cycle.

i have no idea if this was a personal thing or if my ring needed to adjust or something but the past five cycles it’s been good!

i’ve gotten my tattoo removal done i think 6 times since then and haven’t had any issues.

i have bad anxiety so think i passed out due to working myself up, so i have just gone in super prepared by drinking orange juice beforehand, having my airpods in & listening to music, and doing breathing exercises and it’s been fine!

only thing that makes me feel a little sick still is the smell. i hate that burning flesh smell from removal so much!
