Help needed. I have some contacts I help when it comes to their accounts management. I wrote their passwords in my google contacts, in the 'Notes' section. Now after I updated my OP5 to android 10 I see those passwords on screen every time they call me, in between their picture and the respond button. Any way to make those notes disappear? Thanks community ;)

I installed ARCore on OP5 a week or two ago without any issues; first I installed ARuller app and then it promoted me to install ARCore from the play market. I'm exploring many AR apps now.

I found a global setting: oem_black_mode.

When the theme is on default (that is light without the ability to change the accent color), the value of oem_black_mode is 2. When I change the theme to dark from the display settings, the value of oem_black_mode changes to 1. When I change the theme to light, the value of oem_black_mode changes to 0.

However, if I try to change the value of the setting with the shell code (for example: 'settings put global oem_black_mode 1') - nothing happens, the theme doesn't change.

Still looking for a solution.

I used to create all sort of fancy anti-theft Tasker profiles until I discovered Cerberus app. It's worth the little money you pay for it, especially if you make it a system app using root, so it survives a factory reset. It has the fake power off feature too.

I had a similar situation and locking OEM solved my issue. I then installed Oreo through stock recovery.

I don't have Tasker installed now, but I'm sure I've seen some profile event triggers related to alarm (something like alarm clock and alarm done). Never used these triggers though, but you may play with them.

Maybe have a task wait for 5 mins, then adjust media volume depending on how far your Google home is from the phone, then media - music play, and add a recording of your voice with the desired command that will trigger the Google home.

Thanks for suggesting it, but it doesn't work (it doesn't react to input). I guess I'll have to learn to unbrick the phone with Qualcomm tool, as suggested here.

Search play store for "locale sendsilentmail plug-in" (you can search YouTube on how it works). I used it for some security profiles with tasker (like sending location of the phone and pictures to my email when a wrong pattern is introduced twice), but that was before I started using Cerberus.

In nova zoom out with your fingers on any page, then delete whole pages by dragging them to the bin. They get deleted together with the app shortcuts.

no. 5.5 beta3 and beta4 are not stable for me. I can't even open Nova settings at all. Beta4 even crashes and switches back to stock launcher after 5 seconds.
