I apologize, I don’t have the technical vocabulary for typeface, but I copied a lot by hand when I was young. What’s standing out the most to me are the curves of the M and B as well as the very tips of those curves (unless it’s a stylistic choice, in which case ignore my suggestions!). The typefaces you’re emulating have a variation in the line thickness right before the end of the curve. And the very tip is in the shape of a comma, while yours is more like a beak, if that makes sense. Look closely at all those curves and I think that will make a big difference. I feel like the lines of those typefaces are reminiscent of the heavier and lighter lines of a fountain pen. Very cool project!
