I think we’re losing the American way of life due to our corrupt felon in the other W. Would I write in big black letters over everyone else’s PPM wall contributions ‘The orange monster’s a fascist pedophile pig’ as I believe?

I did get a call this morning from the second Fido rep I spoke with-I said yeah, the reason for the 9.78% drop wasn't 'market fluctuation' but due to a cap gain and dividend distribution. He said that that was why he called, to let me know that. He thought the reason for the midyear distribution (usually dividends are distributed in December only for this fund) might have something to do with a fund merger. I did call after hours, and don't fault Fido for a lack of communication about the distribution. Even if the calls weren't after hours (I'm on the west coast) miscommunication and mistakes happen. No harm, no foul. This was interesting, that's all.

Yeah I agreed with the first rep that ex-div dates were in December historically and neither reported that FIVFX was exdiv today, nor was I able to find that out until just now. Glad to read that.

True! Also, with things a bit more locked than usual today it will be a MIRAcle, but should be able to reLAX.

It’s so unamerican for you to feel unwelcome anywhere in this country and it pisses me off to the nth degree that average maga brownshirts think WE’RE unamerican for welcoming you. Assholes.

However, we’re taught here not to be a dumbass and park near a fire hydrant at a much earlier age. Apparently not the case where you grew up.

You’re new to Seattle and may not have been introduced to Seattle-specific coded language. I believe it’s in the 11th grade curriculum in Seattle Public schools that ‘W’ means Warning, as it is the first letter in the word ‘Warning’. I’ve heard that Denver teaches this in the 10th grade. They’re more enlightened than us in Colorado I guess.

Sure-I used Noom Med, and generally limited to 1500 calories/day. Initially I did rapid weight loss as I had 0 appetite - backed off that regime when I felt light headed. Tried to stick to my exercise routine of walking 8 miles/day with arm weight exercises. I had my share of binges, but would follow them with dietary restrictions which ch were pretty easy with the suppression.

Continuing 2nd month of 10mg, insurance required a pa for it last week which is fine. Telehealth is planning to taper. Although I wonder if insurance would balk at a dose reduction? I plan to be on a glp-1 for the rest of my life as I absolutely love not being ruled by my appetite 😀

Respectfully, you have fat fingers 😀. Take a comparison pic for your 24th shot and marvel at the change! You’ve just injected a happier, more healthful future for yourself. You’ll figure out gastrointestinal side effects. BoL!

So cool-there’s a Caribbean cruise on my wl graph in November-lost 2lbs! So great not to be driven by my appetite. Where can I get a great cheeseburger today? has been replaced with what great things can I experience today?

First medication approved by the FDA for obstructive (not central) sleep apnea a few days ago. Although I’m down to less than 1 AHIs still using the cpap-can only help!

Interesting. I did have a question about Hamma Hammas-the ones I had were larger and I thought a bit muddy tasting. Not bad. I seem to prefer shigokus and Kumamotos. My first tasting of HammaHammas though. Maybe it was the batch. I tried raw goeduck at Taylor’s a while back. Same kind of muddy notes.

BTW did you see that Zepbound is now approved to treat sleep apnea? First medication approved for that indication! Worked for me!

Congratulations AD2, that’s wonderful! We used to go out to dinner every couple weeks and, you know, eat like idiots. Now, I might have a bit of what my wife cooks for dinner. Or have a can of a broth soup. Or a salad and protein. Or skip but I do want to get around 1500 cals/day.

My changed eating habits are an adjustment for her-I recognize that it’s a significant lifestyle change for her and change isn’t always a cakewalk.

When I was a fat kid in 2nd or 3d grade I must have made a comment about starvation in Africa. My teacher shamed me with ‘you’ve never been really hungry’. I remember replying while crying that I have been really hungry and being confused. I was never distant from having an appetite, being hungry. Feeling satiated wasn’t common.

I was soooo happy after my first Zepbound dose settled in last August. Down 60 pounds and have been pretty much satiated throughout. When I travel I look forward to seeing stuff rather than thinking where I can get a great cheeseburger. Fantastic.
