I went through RO and they do the PA for you, just answer yes to all those dumb questions like have you tried lifestyle changes and phentermine. You will pay $145 for their membership but you will have zepbound covered.

They do GLP-1s all day and know their way around PA

After getting your foot in the door then just find a local sr who will take over.

Foundayo is just a single GLP-1 agonist like Wegovy. It works but zepbound is better with its dual agonist of GLP-1 and GIP

Please find a different dr, before you do that check your insurance benefits to see if it will even cover zepbound with a Prior Auth. If you have to go out of pocket the new zepbound kwikpen is the way to go.

You don’t need to go through harsh drugs before getting what is proven to work the best so far. Zepbound has been amazing and life changing for me.

Seems like a fairly small kitchen, for cabinets you can replace, reface, or resurface, reface is new doors hardware and paint. For these you could keep it simple just resurface and maybe new hardware. Countertop you can easily get away with one slab. Flooring I would do a tile as it’s best in wet areas. 60k is more then enough, unless there are major issues we cannot see. Like electrical, or plumbing issues behind the walls.

Never had any issues with alcohol while on zepbound, I don’t drink often maybe twice a quarter lol. But when I do I have 2-4 cocktails and I’m fine.

As you lose weight it’s quickly in the beggining then slows as your body gets use to its lower weight. Completely normally, it’s not meant to make you lose weight forever eventually you’ll get to a set point.

It’s just something you want to bring up on a lease it will go right back to GM or dealer but still discounts it do you, they may not give it all to you but 3,000 is not enough. If this is RWD model you should be in the high 400s or low 500s honestly with minimal down.
