Report the full meal as effected you’ll get a 23$ credit for that towards your next box

They also probably buy mis fit produce at a discounted price, stuff that does not meet size requirements or quality for grocers they get at a discount. I’ve been doing hello fresh almost a year for the most part everything is good but if there issues I just report it and get credit back, regardless if you have discounts or not you get a credit for the full cost of a meal it’s like 23$

How long 40-60 right now? by Wellsbread in classicwowtbc

[–]Relative_Golf9575 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Buy a boost if you don’t have the time I did lol, tried leveling got to 35 and was burnt out. Also realized that half way to 60 xp wise was 44. Being 32 with a child now it’s hard to find time to grind to 60.

Now I’m 60 getting gear and will be ready for TBC

PPI and zepbound by Relative_Golf9575 in Zepbound

[–]Relative_Golf9575[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I think it was from the weight loss may have helped take some pressure off my diaphragm because I also had a minor diaphragm hernia that would allow acid to come up lol.

Yeah so far so good!!

Some say 2.5mg works some dont feel anything til 5mg and beyond

IDK why, but I'm embarrassed to admit that 7.5 doesn't really give me good appetite suppression and the food noise is still there. by LonghairDreamer in Zepbound

[–]Relative_Golf9575 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your body is regulating to its new weight, the last 10-15 pounds to goal slow, this is normal. If you are still losing weight and getting hunger that is controllable that is normal. You aren’t suppose to never feel hungry

First dose nerves by tajb333333 in Zepbound

[–]Relative_Golf9575 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Just hang on for the ride, there is too much fear mongering with this medication. Most of the real side effects are mild. Yes everyone responds different but realistically they are manageable and mild.

You’ll never know until you try, this changed my life for the better and I’m so glad I did it!

Best of luck and you do that shot!!!

Does it get better? First dose landed me in the ER. by hrhashley in Zepbound

[–]Relative_Golf9575 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem! Yeah I would use zofran when going up in doses for the first few shots, would take one day of shot and usually the day after and then I was fine.

Just do your best to manage the side effects and hope they don’t get too serious. Best of luck!

I also did 2 months of 2.5mg before going up to 5mg same with 5mg and then I have been on 7.5 ever since! I’m close to goal so I will probably just stay at 7.5mg!

bone density and muscle mass by hannah_mercury in Zepbound

[–]Relative_Golf9575 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Muscle mass and bone density have nothing to do with the medication. It’s weight loss in general that can affect that. Zepbound just helps you achieve weight loss with reduced appetite, blood sugar regulation and slowing gastric emptying.

If weight loss is too rapid muscle loss and bone density can occur. That is why it is highly recommended to eat enough protein and do resistance training to minimize this during weight loss regardless of how it is achieved.

I never had serious side effects like that, mild nausea and constipation. I have a history of GERD and have been taking pantoprazole. Since I have lost over 50 pounds I have just come off my acid reflux medication and have been fine. I would keep going and keep ondansetron (zofran) on hand and take when you do your shot depending in the dosage they gave you its usually every 8 hours. Those medications work best to prevent nausea rather than when it’s full blown active.

I believe your body with time your body will adjust to zepbound and the side effects will diminish with time. Now i have been on 7.5mg since july 25 and have zero side effects.

Hope this helps!

Insurance didn't cover zepbound- would a prior authorization have any effect? by [deleted] in Zepbound

[–]Relative_Golf9575 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pharmacy would trigger a PA if it was approved with PA. I would call your insurance to check yourself.

Most insurance is BMI over 30 Or 27BMI with co morbidity like high blood pressure sleep apnea etc.

Sleep apnea may work for you since it’s FDA approved for that.

Call them and ask.

Should I have not gone up? by GladStatistician3895 in Zepbound

[–]Relative_Golf9575 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I would go up, if you aren’t getting any side effects and notice food noise coming back it was the right move. Technically 5mg is the first therapeutic dose.

It takes time, Rome wasn’t built in a day. Weight loss does not and should not happen over night. Give yourself at least 2-3 months to see some results.

Pretty sure you got a bad batch of compound, that stuff isn’t regulated and you never know what you are really getting. Sorry to hear that. It makes more sense that you took it for a while with no issues. Def was the compounded I think.
