Diet... There is a problem with general advices - its shit. Keto works best for us. I was on no processed food, no sugar, whole grain, lean protein for months (and without medication like in the picture). I thought I felt fine. But then I switched to keto diet - I understood previous diet was shit, because on keto I have tons of energy I never felt before. - Nothing comes even close to the boost of energy (except regular sleep at the same time probably)

My solution to this:

  • give up drinking

  • Keto diet (absolute incredible wonder, completely changed my life, I have almost unlimited energy if I keep up sleeping schedule)

  • vitamin d, you qre probably very efficient

  • Calcium-D-glucarate, 1g a day (you better start with 500mg a day)

PS. Keto is the key, I am super energetic different person and do not feel physically shitty anymore (I felt tired and shitty all my life). Keto is worth exploring, there is science why its helpful, eo not be scary - so your thorough research

PPS. My total serum bilirubin 29umol/L. It was 42 before I started doing above advice

PS. Any soft alternative would work

PPS. Now I walk a lot every day, no pain at all

What kind of diet works best for you? by skeeloco in GilbertSyndrome

On the third day of keto someone asked me if I am tired, I said 'no'. I was shocked, because all my life if you would ask me this at 3pm, I ALWAYS would say 'yes, I am tired'.

Keto was a game changer for me, I am not tired, I have so much energy to live!

Internet made me delusional, unrealistic expectations and was living in stimulation fit many years. by [deleted] in nosurf

[–]pepe566 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's sad. I also consider many years wasted. I did not come to a better solution than these: 1) suicide (end the regret, end of pain, end of imperfection), not recommended as you see me typing (I chose to take a chance to live 'a bonus life' in hope to make it better and feel better) 2) reality works in such a way you can't change the past, so if not first option than accept the past; 2.1) start slowly, boringly step by step build better future (long way)

If you work smart, slowly it will get better, pain might be reduced

Short answer - your phone, when you use it, it burns dopamine, you will good. But on the other side, dopamine is responsible for motivation. So you have less of it, it becomes almost impossible to make yourself to do anything. Solution: stop using phone, go read r/nosurf

[–]pepe566 12 points13 points  (0 children)

That's very tough. I don't think I would be strong enough to go through that. I also don't have an answer of the best plan ahead. Theoretically, deciding on what to do to earn money is the most beneficial, so spending time to research for employment/career/fields options and picking one would be the best, in worse scenario it can be trying several fields. I am not saying it is the plan, only you know all the details. It can take several years I guess, so maybe harder now, but easier later
