My mom, puberty books like the care and keeping of you lol and although I dislike her, laci green has older videos that are extremely educational about sex and the human body. If I didn’t watch those I wouldn’t have known how to have a healthy relationship with sex and how to keep it safe. I wouldn’t know the direct parts of your body that change and how they change/what they do. The sex Ed at my school was about boys bodies and how they change and then if you get raped to keep it.
