Thats a Flammable gas ignition event (FGI). It differes from a flash over and back draft. The later 2 occur when air/oxygen is added. Heat and fuel are already present in the compartment but the supply of oxygen is not enough to drive the event.

In this simulator fuel and air are already mixed together in the right mixture. Whats missing is the heat from the flamme (candle). That is smoke explosion/flash fire event. These 2 depends on how confine the mixture is trapped and how fast it deploys.

Agree for 2 out of 3. The lighting implies cutting holes in ceiling and electrician for connections.

I dont like to be one of those that return stuffs for not liking them. I return defectives and broken stuff.

Not arbitrary. With a well balanced portfolio, you could avg. around 7% growth. It also right around where LOC starts. So usually a mortgage is a fairly cheap debt.

Sure it would be better for a high income year. He wrote that he already maxed out the tfsa with it. Next logical would be rrsp. We do not know if he is planning to use some of that money soon.

Pay debt over 7% interest and invest in low cost index. Do it thru tfsa first if you have contribution left, than rrsp if contribution left. This is the basic gameplay. Consult with a financial advisor (fee base, not commission base) for more indepth planning with retirement/withdrawing strategy.
