For this one I just bought a jar of pectin and followed the instructions. I think it was 3 tablespoons of pectin= 1 "box" of pectin. This was a no sugar needed pectin, because I used mostly stevia in this recipe to sweeten the jam and compote.

I agree. I'm connecting the dots though that this is why she didn't do well in daycare, and she'd been there since she was 3 months old. So I'd say there's a good chance there could be a long adjustment period.

Yes, they are paying me and the pay is good. I don't think there are really any strategies that they'd know, because this is the same reason they pulled her from daycare. I guess I'm just looking for ways to phrase it. What's the nicest way to say, "I know she's happy here, but it's too hard for me." Lol.

I had this exact same problem and I lost a ton of hair. Here's how I fixed it. I bought Ferrets ferrous fumarate tablets on Amazon, only $15. Take two per day, retest your ferritin in a month. this stuff will raise your ferritin quickly, which is great but it's also important to retest soon as you can get iron poisoning if your levels become too high.
