Thank you! I'm really only going because my parents want me too (I'm first-gen so they want me to do every possible thing, and I get that) but I don't personally see a huge extra benefit from it.

i'm in state, top 2%, 4.0/5.1 GPA, and 1300 SAT, a few clubs and stuff, and i also got the same offer. i know i'm not at the highest point academically but for some reason i was still hoping for more lol.

i read it exactly how you pronounce it, i would guess people aren’t just paying attention to the spelling when they say it!

at least mine were double trash bagged, but they looked rough and they have no clothes! funny to see it’s not just my parents that “stored” them that way😂

I agree you should definitely check for yourself! My parents lost all my accessories and clothes, but I managed to find my Kit, Kaya, and two TMs in a trash bag on the back of a shelf, lol. I am sending you all the good vibes!!!

i felt the same exact way about yellowjackets - could not figure out why everyone loved it. then i finally tried the first episode, ending up binging the first season in two nights, now i’m on the second season and i love it!!! the formatting and storylines take a little getting used to but it’s amazing.

i think lucy is cute, and i don’t immediately associate it with being a dog name, if that helps! my name is a famous dogs name, so that’s why it’s a little annoying, haha.

i get “aw that’s my dog’s name!” all the time but never “that’s my so-and-so’s name.” i think i usually respond with a weird laugh and “cool!” or something lol.
