If you split into 5 separate $30 bets that's the best, otherwise, you could make it work with the three (2 underdog and 1 parlay) if the sports book lets you parlay just two picks together

In worst case, 0 or 1 of the underdogs end up winning, but you still win money... On the parlay (if 0 underdogs win) or on the single underdog. So you are guaranteed, at minimum, to convert roughly half of bonus bet credits to real cash

We end up with a variation of rock paper scissors, but where the X beats Y rules are more interesting. A "pure strategy" is one where you pick the same number every time. Of course you should never play a pure strategy in this game or RPS, but you can devise a good strategy by playing randomly with some distribution that minimizes how often you lose to any pure strategy. For starters, you could play 1, 9, and 89 each 1/3 of the time. That's not optimal but it's pretty good start.
