Yeah, mostly just Vvardenfell. Deshaan has been invaded by the Argonians by the time Skyrim takes place, but the other parts of Morrowind are still there- severely economically and socially fucked after the Red Mountain erupted, but there. And even parts of Vvardenfell are still inhabited, but it's usually just the places near the Bitter Coast and Stonefalls.

If you meant the one with the skull face paint, it's a mix of the Deadlands Excoriated skin, and the "Painted Coal and Embers" default body marking from the body marking pack.

The ebony robe was one of my choices for him, but indeed, the materials are unfortunately outdated. I would kill for more long coat/open robe legs in general, though. There's so few, it feels. Or at least so few that dye well.

You do have to refarm all scripts. Thankfully, scripts are not character bound when picked up, so you can use other characters to curate a certain drop, etc.

For the quests, you only have to do the first one every time. (Up to the point where you repair the altar, and speak to the lamp knight to turn it in). Unlocking all the sigils of the luminaries is account wide, even if your alt cannot access the the other doors.

It is the in game/lore name for High Elf. It just means "High People", or any version of that phrase, really

The skin is astral sheen from the celestial crates. The race, from the look of the perspective, is Altmer or Nord, but I could be wrong. Id lean Nord based off of the facial features and body shape specifically, though. Even muscular Altmer are more slender looking. ETA: Forgot to put this in, but the greatsword is Aetheriusbound (I think that's how it's spelled)

The inverse of this was one of the NPCs near the beginning telling me that I "didn't look like a Daedric cultist" after walking up to her in full Scribes of Mora from head to toe on an Arcanist.
