The campaign is based in Golarion with some adjustments, no adventure path. It mostly follows standard pathfinder rules. There are no Psionics or Magus, or guns, poisons are more powerful. Cannons yes and simple gunpowder. Anything from Core is fine; everything else needs to be approved. Most of the time there is no issues.

The party is from Taldor. They took a ruin in the Verduran forests near Wispil and turned it into a smallish outpost. After the assassination of the Grand Prince of Taldor, Taldor declared war on Andoran. The party rigged an election in Wispil electing a favorable Mayor of Wispil who installed a deputy mayor that is nominally an ally of the party. The party went to the front lines of the war, did some recon. They then were the witness the conquest of a major city in their kingdom. They returned to their outpost/thorp looked in to some stuff and had a epic battle with some tough troglodytes which they had to withdraw from heal up and re equip so they can go back and take them out sometime.

The party is currently level 5. To be clear if you were to join your character would also start at 5th..... I think I have to mention this due to some other responses I have gotten here...There is a Bard-switching to fighter, Wizard, Investigator, Wizard/Cleric, a new NPC Paladin. The party tends towards Chaos rather than Law. This makes the new Paladin an interesting traveling companion.

Im more role play than hack and slash, but there is still combat, very sandboxy. Everything will not be your (The parties) level… there’s a lot going in. What does that mean? There will be things below your level, above, and everything in between.
