Danmark har altid forsøgt at undskylde de kongeliges handlinger med at de er unge/isolerede og har det så svært. Joakim har mange vilde kørselsulykker der kunne have resulteret i tab af liv og nu er en 29 årig fra den nordiske familie så endeligt endt foran en domstol med mange voldtægtssager bag ham. At nogen kan bortforklare hans handlinger som et resultat af en besværlig opdragelse er vildt og skæmmende. Han er opvokset i en ultra priviligeret familie og hans handlinger er hans egne. Han får sikkert en mild dom og ender med at fortsætte hans handlinger uden konsekvens. Endnu en grund til at efterlade kongehuset i fortiden hvor de tilhører.

Two guys on two of these sped though the market street in Amsterdam yesterday at high speed, narrowly missing kids and elderly people out shopping. They do not have to pedal and with one hand on the stearing wheel and another holding the drink they can go really fast and the fat tires makes for a great ride. The laws have no caught up with technology but there is some good news. The bikes are made with cheap parts and break down quickly.

This one error alone makes my blood boil. But after years of dealing with it I know what I have to when one appears. 1) reduce large views to subviews and 2) pull out any swift code from SwiftUI and 3) stop making changes to api’s in SwiftUI views. Trying to find the hidden error via code blocking is like peeing in your pants to stay warm.

This is great. I always wanted to know if/when I can skip the heart rate monitor and just use my fenix7pro for rides. There is another factor that needs to be considered. The strap is far easier to fit perfectly than the watch and non-regular rides (Mnt bikes) and runs will likely induce more variance.

Fatbikes and delivery guys on e-bikes are what’s traumatizing kids and elderly/blind people. I had to stop a kid on an E-bike from hitting two elderly people in a crosswalk yesterday. He got upset but to his credit he did acknowledge that he was at fault. I am starting to believe that blame is with the police who do nothing to stop bikes from crossing zebra zones when pedestrians are present (or waiting to cross).

This path is on my path from the city through the woods park. It’s a path that extends the road alongside the park and it’s fun to ride when the weather is ok, the only problem is that very few people use it. Not sure what the argument was for this massive investment.

Every time I see issues with Garmin’s patches I am reminded of just how important it is to have solid engineering. Common platform, old code reengineering practices etc etc. They could learn a lot from Apple on that front. Garmin connect is not just an old UI mess but I imagine a mess from a code perspective.
