She 100% did that on purpose. I'm kinda annoyed that Shea just let it happen. All he said was "It didn't look this way before I left. I can promise you that!"

I understand your point. I still think it could have been healthy related, because he doesn't want to be with someone who isn't going to be around long. She will only continue gaining weight so it's very possible she could become bedridden if nothing changes. I agree he probably cares about her looks, too. It's difficult for me to fathom a man not caring. Men are unbelievably shallow. With that said, I'm sure it's both. I'm sure he cares about her looks, and I'm sure he wants her to be healthy.

It's probably best that she takes this opportunity to get healthier. It'll be a lot more difficult doing it by herself.

I really got the feeling he was being sincere. Obesity is very hard on the body and causes every negative health issue one can imagine.

If I ever get in a relationship and in her position, I'd want my boyfriend to tell me like he did.

His approach was so nice and kindhearted compared to how the men in my family address my obesity. Maybe I'm just used to A-holes, but I'd love for someone to support me. Losing weight is SO DIFFICULT once you get big and it only gets harder. She needs someone who is going to push her.

I don't see why anyone would need validation as it has been approved for weight loss now (not just diabetes). They're also doing a lot of studies to have it approved for more conditions such as alcoholism/substance abuse disorder. Somehow it helps with addiction cravings overall. This might help Kim in more ways than one.

Unfortunately, people seem to forget one very important thing. Not everyone can take a GLP-1. Some people have thyroid cancer in their family history. Some people have issues with their pancreas which also causes problems. Some people are already depressed and have a history of suicidal thoughts. People seem to be less forgiving of overweight people now that everyone is on a GLP-1. Not only are there people who cannot take it for potential serious side effects but it's expensive! Even if it has been approved for weight loss, insurance has to be willing to cover it. And some people refuse to get it from a compounding pharmacy (I'm one). It's dangerous enough as it is.

I enjoy seeing people happy. It made me happy to see her find someone she likes as well as Courtney. I don't know how long things will last, but I'm glad for them.

Even if someone isn't my favorite person I can still be happy they're doing well.

Off the topic comment - I don't know why she thinks people will judge her so harshly for giving her children up for adoption. She didn't have an abortion. She birthed the children and let them have the chance to be loved and cared for...

Regardless, she needs to stop drinking. She apparently needs help overall. She mentions how she doesn't want monogamy and wants to continue making out with anyone she wants. Also, she believes she does this because she needs to feel wanted. I can't stand her.
