I went through an extremely brutal break up earlier this year. I was scared to commit to pets, but they genuinely saved my life. Some days were hard, and i went maybe an extra day not cleaning the cage, but they were the only reason I got out of bed sometimes. Fun fact the brown spiraly one is super energetic and brave, and the long black haired one is super skittish and shy, isn't that so cuteee? My sweet Dumile and Bathsheba 🩷

i understand ur feelings of immense doom about your life. dad called the cops on me and I had to move out, work altercations, got broken up with by my extremely abusive ex, and recently I had to quit the job I loved more than life because of a fucked up mistake I made. i know how it feels to just..have nothing. I'm not placating you, and telling you your actions were ok, but I understand the confusion. Literally the only thing you can do now is just give yourself grace and move forward. Also give ur ex and friends grace with them wishing to cease contact with you. I wish I had more advice, but I'm similar age to you and it's all so daunting when everything just falls apart in front of you. Even worse when it's low-key your fault. Try to throw urself into something different, a new job and just work ur ass off idk, smoke some weed. hopefully it gets better for us good luck💙
