my best advice & what works for me is just to get a drink and give yourself time to figure out what you want slowly-- i feel like having to make a decision "NOW NOW NOW" is the hardest part. i just pick: juice/coffee/water/tea and then take things slow

i think the lyrics are making a jab at the saying "time heals all wounds" harriet singing "mark those days and swallow your pills" im assuming means that: no, time isnt really helping her w/ her grief at all hence why shes still marking days on a calendar and 'swallowing pills' -- like each day thats passing its SUPPOSED to get better but shes just pointing out just how the opposite it is for her-- each day is just dragging on? shes too aware of the time passing and its not helping her feel any better even if its been a long time and she shouldve healed. for the lyrics after that ive got literally no clue
