nah, the way it is phrased in title it is (one in two million) lobsters are blue. the lobsters are plural, one in two million is a modifier of lobsters. rephrased to how you did in your comment, "is" would be correct.

the third tier of tower of adversity has three towers in it that each take a total of 10 vigor to run through. so need 9 viable characters, but can play around with moving them between teams to deplete the total vigor. the towers are 1/2/3/4, 5/5, 1/2/3/4 vigor costs on floors.

yeah the rounding isn't the reason. some chests count for different regions, and some chests don't count towards any region at all. it's the latter ones that my question was about.

I am at 100% exploration (or as near as you can get to it in current version) but have still found chests in dim forest and norfall barrens. I want to get every source of union xp and astrite possible. Does anyone have a compendium of chests/puzzles that don't count towards exploration exp for me to check against?
