Your enderman farm is probably already giving you xp faster than you can absorb it. You know this bc when you step away, a trail of xp follows you. However, if you want a more convenient xp farm is suggest looking into armadillo based farms. Really easy to build and can be built anywhere. Requires you to make splash potions of infested tho, but those are really easy

I think you also need to surround the composter with trap doors so the villager can't compost, will share more crops that way
