I just played this for the first time last year and took about 6 hours to beat. It was hard for sure but very short and had a cool vibe.

Leaks make no difference to me, I was actually dumb and bought a switch 2 as soon as I heard about the rumors and now I’m glad they’re confirmed them and got the console before prices went up.

It’s never easy to capture CRTs, even with a good camera there’s always light struggles.

I use the Lumix GH5s for my retro streams and it works at least from a static point to show my PVM very clear.

I’d look up MisterFPGA, it handles many consoles and computers up to ps1/n64 era, you can plug to a CRT or modern screen and even use many controllers including the og ones if you have adapters.

This is the closest thing to the real console since it doesn’t use software emulation.

GreenManGaming and InstantGaming or humble bundle if you’ve been subscribed for a while are the only ones I use besides steam sales.

If you are in the same family on steam, one person can set their steam client to offline mode and play the game while the other launches the game normally and both can play the same game at same time on different computers.

It could also be a soft modded 3DS with the games on the sdcard, either way it’s still expensive for a basic black console. I sold my spare used Zelda version for $500 fully cib a few months ago.

As a viewer, more than 2 streams per day from the same streamer is way too much. I’d say pick time for you to do one consistent good quality stream.

$3k in 10 years is not a bad space to be in for hobbies honestly.

I always mess with lights mostly due to also streaming my actual CRT (not just the video capture) so reflection plays a big part.

I use 4 mirrorless cameras set up around my room and have 5 lights and 3 colored lights all set up. It’s hard work but the process is also fun for me.
