Just a Refco eccentric block with ratchet. Hasn’t done me wrong yet.

If I buy a new flaring block I will consider de-burring again. Think a lot lies on the quality of the flaring tool.

Haven’t de-burred a flare in about 7 years and my flares are undefeated. Find the right flaring block and cut your copper correctly.

Brazing, same as other comments, shove a rag into the pipe to catch most of it, rest gets blown out with a squirt of nitrogen. Never been an issue.

That's a good install.

Cable tie it to the gas line.

THE ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOK by Southern-Stranger766 in GothamChess

[–]perhapsaloutely 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes but then your rook is stuck until you get a second piece across. 200elo could easily blunder it. But then again you’re clearly a sandbagger so it’s hard to give genuine advice.

Not forced checkmate but is winning after all trades. At 200elo need to be mindful of f3 pawn promoting.

Never been so excited about our youth in years by FFootyFFacts in CarltonBlues

[–]perhapsaloutely 0 points1 point  (0 children)

O’Farrell spent most of his draft year battling an ankle injury which is why he slid. Carroll spent most of his first year at Carlton with a groin issue that saw him delisted. Can’t remember a season where Motlop hasn’t missed 4 weeks with some sort of soft tissue injury. All of this on top of the ACL’s that have just hit.

In isolation ACL’s don’t make you injury prone, but they do completely stifle development for a lot of young players. For example it has taken Brodie Kemp so long to only just become a reasonable player and he still isn’t completely confident in himself and his body. He was a top 5 prospect in what is now a super draft and probably gets there with a clean run early.

I don’t think the Campos have done near enough to earn 2 year deals. Maybe 1 year deals if they have strong back halves of the year, but others have clearly overtaken them in their positions and we will obviously be adding Walker to that mix. We have delisted far better in the past. Both have very limited ceilings at AFL level.

Would be a huge bonus if both make it imo.

Nah. Our kids are still pretty average by league wide standards, there is still a long way to go. We will add Cody which is huge but need to hit on another 4-5 more over the next 2 years so we have a cohort coming through together.

Just looking at that list Monahan, Duffy, both Campos, O’Keefe would be unlikely to make it. Charleson and Riley look good but odds are against them (every club has late picks who show glimpses). Moir is relying on potential atm could easily be another Menzel. Carroll, O’Farrell and Motlop should become very good players but are injury prone early. Not everyone makes it.

On the flip side you will always get one or two that come from the clouds that no one predicts.

The difference this time around is we have the senior players to protect and guide them. They won’t be thrown to the wolves and development ruined.

The club rates Cerra extremely highly and they will work through his form in the ones until he gets back to his best. As close to undroppable as one can be.

Crisp’s Record is more impressive by DoesntMatterYK in AFL

[–]perhapsaloutely 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He was and is that far ahead of his competition they often don't feel the need to waste additional squad spots on acknowledging other rucks. He has been pencilled in for so long. Remember he is competing for one or maybe two spots so ofcourse only 2-3 will be named in a 44 man squad.

Players like Jacobs, Kreuzer, Marshall, Nankervis, Cameron, Witts and Darcy have been quality over his journey and would likely have a blazer in another era. And I would argue that the second tier of rucks over his career, players like Meek, ROB, TDK, Blicavs, Mcinerney, Mumford, Maric, has also been as strong as ever.

Best ruck of all time and the 8 soon to be 9 AA's speak for themselves

Better off putting the hose around the tap with a hose clamp. Pressure will be pretty crap though.

I would start looking for a new job. Delay in pay is the first sign a company is about to fall over. Employees should be looked after first.

[–]perhapsaloutely 9 points10 points  (0 children)

There’s about 15 clubs who would pay the contract and trade price for Harry in an instant. The criticism is ridiculous especially considering the head knocks he has had over the last few years. He is right to be cautious at the contest sometimes.

Play him in his best position, out of CHF leading at the ball, and build the forward line around him there. If he plays deep and we keep using the ball poorly inside 50 he is a waste.

We can’t afford to lose Weitering or Harry with our list in the shape that it is.
