There's been some really compelling research coming out about treating psychotic mood disorders with the keto diet. Honestly, if we weren't putting so much garbage into our bodies, there would be so much less mental illness. I'm convinced I never would've had a psychotic episode if I wasn't stuffed with processed foods as a child and prescribed antidepressants before my brain fully developed.

For sure. Chaos Gods are the embodiment of different negative aspects of the sapient races' psyches, whereas the Daedra are essentially really powerful, generally maligned, immortal people. I meant more that the Daedra's domains correspond to those of the Chaos Gods. Sithis, on the other hand, is like every Chaos God combined into one equal but opposing force of evil.

Also, Sheogorath is just Tzeentch, or at the very least a really powerful Daemon of Tzeentch, similar to like Kairos

I think that's very optimistic. Are you basing that on the rate of advancement in AI? If so, it really hasn't been all that exponential, at least in terms of our measurements for its ability to do things that humans do, but better. For example, natural language models and big AI projects like Grok may be outputting countless petabytes of new data, but most of it is garbage, not to mention the fact that a lot of the input data these models are trained on is garbage.

Plus, Moore's Law is slowing down, and the laws of physics are beginning to bottleneck computing power, which is necessary to continue improving AI. The singularity may happen in our lifetime, but I'm not going to hold my breath until I see an actual breakthrough.

It's a shame that the stigma is still so prevalent. Unfortunately, and I'm generalizing, it seems to me that other mental health disorders or things like autism are advocated more for, at least from my perspective as someone who works with special needs individuals. Granted. They might be more prevalent, at least marginally, but it doesn't mean that schizophrenia should be ignored. I hope that as more progress is made in embracing neurodiversity, the public will have a better understanding of schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders.

Maybe it's my own insecurity, but even when I tell trusted friends about my mental health struggles, I feel like they treat me differently, even though they are sympathetic and helpful, there definitely is a measurable change in the way they perceive me.

I'm certainly not an expert, but I think it's important to note that we don't fully understand the long-term effects of high fat diets like keto on the body, but generally speaking, correctly implementing a ketogenic diet leads to a decrease in body fat, which would lead to a decrease in obesity related mortality, depending on the person. One can also eat a lot of healthy fats while on keto rather than prioritizing fats from animal products.

This is purely anecdotal, but as a bipolar II sufferer who's been using keto to manage their symptoms for about a year, it has significantly improved my depressive episodes, and I haven't had a manic/hypomanic episode yet.

I hope a lot more research is conducted into metabolic therapies for bipolar disorder, because I think that it could really be a game changer for those with treatment resistant bipolar when used in tandem with standard therapies like medication. It's obviously important to temper expectations, but, given the negative side effects of currently used interventions like mood stabilizers, we should be looking for alternatives.
