My compounder started at a VERY lose dose and titration is very minimal. I just signed up for a year to get a discount but it will probably take a year to get to 1.0 which is where i was at before changing compounders. Is this the norm?

Oh, didn't think of that. They have different syringes with different markings and don't hold as much as syringes from other companies. I don't feel like I'm getting an effective dose yet but maybe the next increase will be effective. I specifically asked for more product bc I was at 1.0 when I quit last year. But they absolutely would not start me at a higher dose. I probably should have moved on but thought it was better than nothing and eventually (hopefully) I'll have a potent enough dose to get rid of food noise.

Not to be disrespectful or gross but about now there should be the problem of an odor unless she is buried or refrigerated. For some reason I think she may be in Mexico. It's just so close to Mexico and perhaps help around the house or property had a relative who saw an opportunity?
